Originally from France, the Cabernet Franc has perfectly adapted to the soil and climatic conditions of the Spanish vineyards. This variety has small grapes with an elongated shape and it is considered as one of the parents of the famous Cabernet Sauvignon. Nevertheless, as difference, Cabernet Franc is more delicate and smoother and it can be grown in colder areas.
Red wine made with the Cabernet Franc grape variety, soft, subtle and complex, with a great aromatic intensity, reminiscent of raspberries and violets. This wine is the fruit of the vineyards in the Viña Alta Estate, located in the littoral mountain chain, where the thermal change between night and day provides a great aromatic intensity and a smooth-dedicate body.
