It’s the first wine of the season, fermented for only a few weeks and sent to market the last Thursday of October, in time to celebrate the end of the harvest. This unique, short production method lends it its characteristic sparkling flavour. It’s the perfect excuse to celebrate a good start.
Crystalline with pale yellow tones and green reflections. On the nose, it’s aromatic and fresh, with fine fruity grapefruit and apple aromas. In mouth, it’s fresh and lightly sparkling.
