The Graciano grape variety originated in the Rioja region and is little used due to its low yield. It is cultivated in dry climates and produces very intense, long-lasting wines that are ideal for barrel aging. Maset del Lleó has made this Graciano wine from grapes grown in Vinya Àrida, a vineyard that is over 70 years old and has a very low yield.
This wine has a lively, attractive plum-red colour. Its intense aroma combines red and ripe fruits with hints of toastiness that reflect its barrel aging. In the mouth it is expressive and warm, with a certain freshness.
